VP, E-commerce and Omni-channel Marketing at S’well

An experienced full-stack marketer, Jinal has 15 years of experience working for and with some of the world’s most admired and culturally significant brands.  

She currently serves as VP, E-commerce and Omni-channel Marketing at S’well, leading growth for this iconic brand across DTC and Amazon. She also led the category expansion for the brand into food and architected an industry-leading, award-winning influencer, and content creator practice. Prior to S'well, she was VP of Marketing for the E-commerce Division at Newell Brands. She was responsible for a team of 80 (which she built from scratch) and driving over $250M in revenue across DTC and Amazon for the company's portfolio that included renowned brands such as Marmot, Sharpie, Parker, and Coleman. 

Before Newell, she spent nine years at agencies, the majority of them at WPP's J. Walter Thompson focusing on award-winning brand strategy and digital transformation work. She developed expertise in consumer goods, and luxury working with brands such as Estee Lauder, Revlon, Avon, De Beers, Rolex, Nestle, Unilever, and Macy's. 

She started her career as a fashion journalist at InStyle Magazine and was the old-school community manager (responded to reader’s emails!) at the iconic Lucky Magazine. 

Jinal was ranked by The Guardian as one of the Ten Digital Strategists to Watch and was listed as iMedia's Top 25 Internet Innovators. Her work has won Mobile Marketer of the Year Award, Gold and Silver Lions, ADC, Clip, Webby, and Etail West Best Influencer Strategy. 

She is an Advisory Board Member at the CFDA, serving as a mentor to the Elaine Gold Launchpad program focused on encouraging design entrepreneurship with sustainability at its core.
