Whether you're negotiating your salary at a new job or angling for a raise at your current one, this workshop will give you all the tools you need to make more money. The session will include breakouts for mock negotiations as well as scripts you can take to practice on your own.

Workshop: Get Rich

In this workshop, we'll cut through financial jargon and boil it down to what you need to know so you can make smart decisions with your money. You've fought hard for your money so make sure you protect it.

We've asked other women's organizations to host mini-roundtables so you can learn how to get involved and support the sisterhood. *Lunch is included in the ticket + there will be options available for all diets.*

It can sometimes be a struggle to self-care. In this workshop, we'll teach you ways to prevent burnout and practical tools to deal with a stressful work environment.

Talk: Stay Strong

This session will be all about how to deal with the haters and let things roll off your back. We'll be interviewing Rachel Sklar, the co-founder of and Change The Ratio, to learn how she's dealt with the backlash she's received while fighting for gender equality.

Town Hall: Speak Up

We'll talk with Black queer American Muslim activist Blair Imani about how to speak up for your sisters and yourself. Blair is the Civic Action & Campaign Lead at, the largest tech company exclusively for young people and social change. Then we'll hear from other women who have spoken up, despite personal and professional ramifications.
